About The Event
Join the Los Angeles Guild of Puppetry for Puppet Gym! This is a 90 min movement session focusing on functional strength and mobility for overall health and sustainability for puppetry performance. Participants and instructor will work individually to create a 8-10 week training plan that can be used to further strength, flexibility, and fitness.
This event is led by fellow member Brittaney Talbot! Brittaney Talbot is a Los Angeles based puppeteer who specialized in full suit puppetry as well as animatronics, shadow puppetry, and marionettes. A competitive and decorated triathlete, she has represented Team USA at several World Championships, been named an All World Athlete by Ironman, and has been a top finisher at many races. She teaches group fitness and yoga style classes in addition to coaching individual athletes in a variety of disciplines. She strongly believes in the indefatigable potential of all.
